LEADERSHIP

Jenéa Norris White

Jenéa Norris White has over 30 years experience in banking, business development and economic development. Having worked with corporate America, government and nonprofit organizations, she brings extensive experience to her constituents.

Jenéa’s banking experience includes holding the positions of Retail Branch Manager, Consumer Finance Compliance Officer and Real Estate Private Banking Representative. As the Executive Director/CEO of the Certified Development Company (CDC) of Butler County, Inc., she administered two federal business loan programs on behalf of the United States Small Business Administration (SBA) and Butler County; the SBA 504 Affordable Loan Program and the Community Development Block Grant Revolving Loan Fund. As an advocate for economic development, she has helped facilitate the creation of two business incubators, held Chair of the Board and trustee seats and partnered with several community organizations who shared the same focus and vision. Prior to beginning VCI Strategies LLC, she held the position of President of South Central Ohio Minority Supplier Development Council (MSDC) which creates and fosters environments for the development of mutually beneficial relationships and contracting opportunities between Certified Minority Owned Businesses and Member Corporations. As President of South Central Ohio MSDC and the Executive Director/CEO of the CDC of Butler County, Inc., Jenéa was instrumental in setting strategic direction positioning the organizations for future growth. In addition she provided full management operational oversight inclusive of employee development, constituency programs, service offerings and external affairs which promoted the goals and objectives of the organization.

Jenéa graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Baccalaureate of Science Administrative Management degree. She was also certified as an Economic Development Professional by the National Development Council.
